  • The investment accelerator is free for Intero agents, but there's a catch: You will deposit $500 in escrow and if you purchase a property or help an investor purchase a property within 180 days, we will give the $500 back to you. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that we really want committed agents in the program.... and yes, you can put the $500 in cash or through sales and rental transactions.

  • All you need is to be an Intero agent and to commit to the program. Let's be honest: If you don't have the intention to purchase an investment property or work with investors, don't apply. We really don't want people who are just "learning"... we have classes you can come to...
